Believe in the American Dream, the land of opportunity.
From the very beginning, when I wrote "Born Again in America: A Nation Where Dreams Still Come True," my goal was to honor my father. Now more than ever, I dedicate this memoir to America.
I wholeheartedly believe in the American Dream and the land of opportunity. No matter the challenges I face, I remain steadfast in my convictions. The United States of America is the place my father envisioned for me since I was a little girl.
Years after I arrived in America, I found comfort in the supreme law of the land, the Constitution, and recognized the importance of the fundamental rights that the Founding Fathers established in 1787. They created a legacy of rights for all citizens and others living in the United States.
I know my father was right: this is still a place where people from all over the world CAN TRY THEIR DREAMS.
